Steam Bully Anniversary Edition How to Launch in Window

Please help!
Same problem. Can't seem to find any solution. Will try contacting Support. Using Win7 64-bit, i7 3.5GHz, 16GB RAM, GTX670.
After corresponding with R* support I have found the solution.
1. Right click on game in Steam Library and select properties.
2. Click 'Local Files' tab and find the 'Browse Local Files' link and open.
3. Find the .exe and right click on the "B" icon and select properties to find 'Compatibility' tab.
4. Check the box "Run this program in compatibility mode" and select "Windows XP service Pack 3". Then check the box to "Disable desktop composition" and "Run As Administrator" and click 'Apply'.
Should look perfect now. R* also recommended adding a launch command for the game.
a. Right-click on the game title under the Library in Steam and select Properties.
b. Under the General tab click the Set launch options... button.
c. Enter the launch options you wish to apply (be sure to separate each code with a space) and click OK. (They suggested "Try the launch option -fullscreen" but you can also set that in the in-game option under 'Video'.)
d. Close the game's Properties window and launch the game.

How can you fix this in 8.1? :)

open the game there will be an option that says "video" open that up some thing should say some thing times something fittle around with it ait till you get full screen
Thanks, sorted it in the end had to change the DPI settings under properties.
